Bookings
A booking is confirmed once you accept the price we email and pay the first night. Weekends have a two night minimum and holidays a three night minimum.
Check-in and camp rules
Check-in is 1 to 8 PM and check-out is 11 AM. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 7 AM, and generators are off by 8 PM. Fires stay in the fire rings.
Changes and cancellations
Free changes and cancellations up to 14 days before arrival
Within 14 days we refund the nights we are able to rebook
Color weekends in October and the Week at camp offer use a 30 day policy
We will tell you at least 30 days ahead about any change to our rates
Payment
The first night is charged when you confirm, and the balance on arrival. Gift certificates are valid for two years from purchase.
Damage
Accidents happen at camp. Tell us and we will sort it out together; we only charge for damage beyond normal wear.
Events
Event spots are refundable up to 7 days before the event. If we have to call off an event because of weather, you receive a full refund.
Pets and property
Dogs are welcome at tent and RV sites for free and in one Creek Cabin for $20 a stay. Campers are responsible for their pets and belongings, and the creek is enjoyed at your own risk.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
