What we collect
When you use this site or camp with us we may collect:
Availability requests: name, email, phone, arrival date and time, campers, site choice and any notes
Booking details: billing address, vehicle or RV length, and a payment card through our payment processor
Camper history, so we remember your favorite site
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to answer requests, manage bookings, hold your site, send you the updates you asked for, and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card numbers on our own systems.
Children
Bookings are made by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors and the software we use to manage bookings and email. Each of them may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
The site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block cookies in your browser; the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we honor these requests for every camper.
